Designer Bag Hunting with Love the Sales

love-the-sales

Like a lot of women, one of my passions is designer handbags. I have a modest collection of bags and I am always on the look out for a bargain purchase. I tend to trawl through page after page of bags looking for a steal.

I've recently been introduced to Love The Sales which houses over 600 retailers in one space. I'm shocked I've not come across it before because it ticks all the boxes for me when it comes to sourcing a new bag. There are so many brands and sections to the site, so if you're not looking for a handbag, you'll be sure to find something you are elsewhere on the site.

I would love to be able to drop a few thousand pounds on my dream bags but this is the real world and I am not in a position to do so. One day a Balenciaga City Bag will be mine but for now, I'll be continuing to wish just as I was in 2006. If that's not a commitment, I don't know what is.

One of my favourite mid-range designer brands is Rebecca Minkoff, I purchased a baby pink M.A.C Shoulder Bag in New York a couple of years back for an absolute steal and I have been eyeing up more of her designs ever since. Love the Sales has a fantastic array of Rebecca Minkoff bags for sale for really great prices. The Black Leather Chase Camera Crossbody Bag is 40% off and only £159. I adore classic black bags with a crossbody chain. If a bag has a chain, studs or a cute clasp, I am there.

Balenciaga has been one of my all time favourite bag designers for the longest time. I remember Sienna Miller, in the height of her boho chic rise to fame, wearing their City Bag and I have wanted one ever since. I didn't expect to find Balenciaga on the site but low and behold there was a small section of bags and accessories. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for any additions.

Considering Love the Sales boasts over 600 brands, there is a heck of a lot to chose from when it comes to handbags. I've spied a lot of Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Aspinal of London and Valentino whilst perusing.

I love that they also have a huge beauty section of the site where you will find anything from Real Techniques to Chanel for a discounted price. Even 5%-10% is a great discount on cosmetics as we know the sales aren't always too generous with beauty.

What sites do you find your designer bargains?

Love, K xo
